TEST-4-SME: Staff Cost Training, Riga

The training consisted of 4 parts and included online lectures, video visits to the testing laboratories in University of Latvia, online laboratory workshop and final discussion. The Lab Staff Training covered the wide spectrum of topics related to defining persona for the service based on needs, service design process and suggestions on what kind of service packages there could be. A lot of attention was put on the influence of the human made EMF on different kind of cells,  and the measures to protect workplaces against EMF were offered.
