The EU Project "SMART_watch", implemented within the Central Europe Programme 2014–2018 and part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) will be presented to the project target groups. A specialised workshop is dedicated to cover regional innovation and smart specialisation topics with a special focus on regional observatories responsible for the monitoring of the implementation of the Regional Innovation Strategy 2020.
