Saving the world with food? It's not quite that simple, of course, but what ends up in the pot and later on the plate has an impact on us and our planet. As part of the T.A.B. project, we want to talk about how the interplay between nutrition and sustainability works at a cookery course together with the Wismar-based association Kanonbra.

After all, good nutrition is not just about health and well-being, but also about sustainable consumption and climate protection measures. That's why we want to cook together and get into dialogue over a meal afterwards. The focus will be on how conscious shopping can work, for example, and how AI or the creative and cultural industries can help. Participation is free of charge, but prior registration via the Kanonbra association's website is required.

The aim of the T.A.B project is to create international, cross-industry platforms in order to establish transnational cooperative relationships between regional and national economic and cultural sectors. The approaches, competences and skills of the creative and cultural industries (CCIs) are fundamental for the development of new value paradigms in various sectors.
