At the kick-off meeting of the TETRAS project, all participating project partners met in Klaipeda (Lithuania) from 11.04.23 - 12.04.23. TETRAS is an EU-funded project from the INTERREG Baltic Sea Region Fund and is coordinated by the lead partner Klaipeda Science and Technology Park.

The meeting was an opportunity to get to know each other and to concretise the project goals. Another focus was on content reporting and the development of a communication strategy. Furthermore, initial ideas were generated and the exchange on the three planned pilot measures was deepened.

Of particular interest is the pilot project on "Industrial Symbiosis for Aquaculture", which is supervised by the EPC (European Project Center) of the Wismar Business School at Wismar UAS. This project is being carried out in the Ida-Viru region of Estonia.

The TETRAS project is an important research project for the Baltic Sea Region and is accompanied by experts from different fields. The participants of the kick-off event are confident that the project will achieve great success and are looking forward to the upcoming joint work steps.
