We are pleased to announce that Tahseen Binte Mahmood, another student of the master's program "International Management", successfully defended her master's thesis on September 19.
The Bangladesh-born student wrote her master's thesis in cooperation with ZF Aftermarket and the Wabco Academy, the training and education division of the ZF Group, a globally active system supplier for the mobility of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial technology. The topic of the work was the development of a model of critical success factors for customer preferences when using so-called blended learning digital products of the Wabco Academy. Blended Learning stands for the combination of conventional training and further education offers, mostly in presence, with the possibilities of e-learning, from digital solutions such as Virtual Reality up to Artificial Intelligence or so-called Gamification approaches. Through a survey of trainers and users of existing e-learning products, important insights and findings for the future development of ZF Aftermarket's and Wabco's program and course offerings in a technologically challenging and dynamic environment were obtained.
We congratulate Tahseen on her successful graduation and wish her all the best for her future career!
